7th-9th Grade Referee Training

What Does it Look Like?

** Two 60 min classes per person – must register for each session separately

** Kids will learn basic skills to referee grade 1&2 soccer games:

Positioning, arm movements, whistle use, and laws of the game.

** If Kids decide to do so, they can referee G2 in town soccer games.

** GYSA provides jersey and whistle as well as a $10 per game stipend.

** Games are Saturday mornings

**Kids will have basic knowledge so when they are 14 they can take the course and become patched referees

and make $25 a game, to start.
